- 250 gram of oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- 350 ml of oatmilk/almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- butter for cooking
You can buy oat flour ready made in store but there is an easy way to make it at home buy putting oats in a blender until it turn into flour. mix the flour, egg, baking powder, milk, banana in one bowl and make sure it turns into a liquid and smooth mixture. Warm your butter and put the stove at a high temperature. Add the mixture to the pan and repeat this for your other 12 pancakes.
