- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 2 red peppers
- 150 gram of mushrooms
- 400 gram of tomato block (out of a can)
- 400 gram of kidney beans (out of a can)
- 1 eating spoon of mashtomatoes
- 100 gram of green beans
Fry the green onion in the olive oil and add the dry ingredients ( minced garlic, red peppers, pepper and salt). Add the mushroom and the tomato-blocks, kidney-beans and mash tomato. Mix it and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the green beans lastly, if you want a chili con quarn, you can add minced meat instead of the mushrooms.
